As ministers on a mission, our thoughts, plans, and priorities must revolve around reaching the last lost soul with the gospel. The race set before our generation is unique, and we have been specially enabled to execute it. Never before has the Church possessed such reach, technology, and such access to nations and languages, just as we have. The responsibility before us is enormous, but even greater is the grace upon us.
As ministers of the gospel, we are positioned at a prophetic and historic moment with unprecedented opportunities for the gospel. The scripture is explicit, “...It’s harvest time” (Rev. 14.15 MSG). To this end, we must cast out sleep’, by staying aglow and burning with the Spirit, serving the Lord (Romans 12:11 AMP).
In a dim scene, torches cast long shadows as Pilate, a man of Roman law, faces a silent, beaten figure. With a weary sigh that betrays his profound confusion, he asks the age-old question: “What is truth?” He stands before the very embodiment of the answer, yet in his political and philosophical blindness, he fails to see that TRUTH is not a concept but a person—our Lord Jesus Himself.
