Philippians 1:27 states: “…I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel” This implies that as the church of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are to contest together on the same side with singular vision for faith of the gospel.

The adhesion, union or growing together of parts is referred to as Conglutination which is a gift of grace given to the Church by the Lord. As we do this, it brings forth a consolidation of all our efforts as shown to us in Ephesians 4:16 NIV declares: “From him the whole body. Joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work”

With the understanding that the Church is the number one restraining force against the evil and darkness in today’s world (2 Thessalonians 2:7NIV), it is imperative that we stand together as a united front; to bring the Lord’s will to bear in the nations of the world with an unending stream of victories (I John 4:4).
