COMPLETENESS

COMPLETENESS

COMPLETENESS

Imagine that feeling of peace or satisfaction that comes as a result of being whole and having nothing missing. Whether it’s a long-awaited addition to the family or the attainment of a desired goal or status, the feeling of completeness is akin to absoluteness, entirety, fullness or all-inclusiveness without restriction or exception.

The Year 2025 has been declared by the Spirit of God to be the Year of Completeness, and is very strategic for the Church in the Lord’s timeline of events in these last days.

In Scripture, the word that aptly describes ‘completeness’ is given to us in Colossians 4:12 which says: “Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayer that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.” The word ‘Complete’ in the above verse is from the Greek word “pleroo, " meaning fullness, repletion, or fulfilment. It also means to accomplish a purpose; to bring it to the full. In 2025, the Lord is bringing the Church into a state of maturity – a place of entirety.

In light of this message, the following are very important and noteworthy instructions for a minister of the gospel this year”:

  • Acknowledge and Walk in the Fullness of the Blessings of the Gospel

“That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.” [Philemon1:6].

There are certain good things in you that the Lord wants you to have precise and accurate knowledge of. This kind of knowledge comes only through the word and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. If you walk in this dimension, you will be fruitful in every good work and at the same time increase in the knowledge of God [Colossians 1:9-10]

  • Walk in the Fullness of God.

“And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.” [Colossians 2:10]

This year, make up your mind to be filled with all the fullness of God with nothing left out. Understand that you are replete with him, having every fibre of your body completely inundated with Christ. Have this consciousness 24 hours a day. When we are one with Him, no darkness or anything of Satan can overpower us [Ephesians 1:21-23]

  • We will Complete the Full Preaching of the Gospel in all Nations.

“I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sister, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in” [Romans 11:25]

With the understanding from scripture that there is a determined number of those who should enter into the kingdom before the rapture, set your mind this year to play your role and supply your part lavishly in the preaching of the gospel in all nations of the world. [Matthew 24:14]

  • We Must Now Be Expecting the Lord

Set your heart and begin a countdown to the coming of the Lord from this year. We must plan to finish what the Lord has committed to us so that we may have the same testimony as the Apostle Paul who said: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” [2 Timothy 4:7-8].

This Year, plan to complete all that the Lord has laid in your heart to do. Do not plan to take any unfulfilled dream to heaven. It is a great year and the Lord has lavished the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ with an abundance of grace for everything to be done. All nations and cities are opened unto us and nothing can stop us.

Happy New Year of Completeness!
